If you want your fat and smoking employees to get healthy, I don&#8217;t know&#8230; it makes more sense to give the bigger discount to the employees that need it the most? Call me crazy, but this %20 for fatties and %30 for the beautiful people seems more like &#8220;punishment&#8221; rather than a genuine concern with getting people healthy.</p><p>As we all know, &#8220;punishment&#8221; does not work.
