I can’t cook and clean and laundry plus, I’m a webmaster and i work at home a 16 hour a day 6 day a week job, my office being in the dining room right next to the kitchen. I just can’t be everything for everyone, something HAS to give around here, and that is why the kitchen is currently being transformed (ie; sending some food to the food pantry and some of it is being chucked, things re-arranged and cleaned spotless and stocked with barks and seaweeds, etc) into a health and wellness center. No more bread, ham, pastries, bacon, mayo, ad nauseum. No more of his ham pizzas and mac & cheese.
It was a long argument.
What this is like is getting a two year old to eat the broccoli.
But in the end he agreed to TRY it. I told him this will be like “smoking outside,” If he wants pizza, he can go out and have pizza. He’s not forced to eat what I have here, but I simply do not have the time to cook 2 meals or clean up after 2 sets of meal dishes. I work 16 hours a day. We do not bring anything into the house that isn’t healing and nutritious.
I’m very busy getting this all ready to go. ![]()
